I apprenticed with a French chef and a German chef. I also have learned Mediterranean, Asian and Tai cuisine. After my apprenticeship I worked large kitchens. After learning and gaining enough experience managing kitchens I decided to open my first restaurant and focus on a health conscious menu.

I firmly believe in what I have been saying for years. Food Is Natures Pharmacy.

I am also well versed in holistic therapies like herbal medicine, Qi-Gong, Yoga and Pranic Healing.

I have a degree in business administration and I have also studied food technology, nutrition, psychology, the endocrine system, the central and perephial nervous system, the gastric system and the system that todays physicians know little about, the endocannabinoid system. 

I am a master grower with a licence to produce medicinal marijuana.

I am also a musician, a composer and a producer. I have studied music therapy and commercial music. Music is energy, the vibratory movement of matter.
